Nick Miersma is a Registered Representative with Voya Financial Advisors and is an affiliate of FourWord Financial where his role includes providing clients with financial guidance, financial product implementation and oversight, and administrative support. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He joined the financial services industry in August of 2023. Nick is also certified to Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) while exhibiting varying levels of proficiency in Spanish and Russian languages. Based in Lubbock, TX, Nick is passionate to serve and eager to develop new and meaningful client relationships with our West Texas clientele. Having spent a number of years in international business and non-profit education work before entering the financial services industry, Nick is committed to making financial matters clear and to the point, simple to understand, and easy to apply.
Outside of work, Nick loves spending time with his family, being active in his local church, solving sudoku and chess puzzles, and working on personal fitness. Nick lives in Lubbock with his wife Jennifer, and their children Kate, Lucy, Elliot, Mia, Scarlett and Noah.
